As many as 56% of the housing stock was supplied with heat during the first day of the heating season

Heat was supplied to 3,342 residential buildings and 592 social facilities

In Kazan, more than half of the residential buildings were supplied with heat during the first day of the heating season. Heat was supplied to 3,342 buildings, which is 56% of the planned number. The heating season started for 2,283 buildings with central heating systems and 459 with individual systems. Another 2,679 households will receive heat shortly.

Heat was supplied to 592 social facilities, which is 68% of the total. These include 342 kindergartens, 158 schools, 45 medical institutions, 10 recreational and 20 sports facilities.

During a staff meeting, Rustem Gafarov, the head of the Executive Committee, noted that debugging of the heat supply processes would take up to three weeks.
